It took me a while to make the difficult decision to leave a large firm & well known to everyone. Or at least that's why I thought I should stay there so I wouldn't have to explain 'who' I work for to be able to give my clients the feeling that they are being well represented by a 'big name' company.  It didn't take me long to know that the 'big name' company didn't really care about me & they especially didn't care about my clients, only their money.

I have NO regrets in my decision...I fully trust Brian & I know that not only does he care about me & my success as a Realtor, he truly cares about my clients in seeing that they are truly happy they chose our firm to represent them in either the sell of their home or when buying their new home...when my past clients ask me why I left the 'big name', I always tell them, because my BIC truly cares about me & them! I always get the same response from my clients...'that means alot'.

Brian has already impressed me even more with his knowledge of all the latest technology & wants to give all his agents the latest & greatest to use for our business which will only help us to succeed. I am forever grateful he chose me to be a part of his team!
