We highly recommend using a real estate professional to market your home and represent you during the sales process, but we understand that there are some folks that would like to first try the "For Sale By Owner" option. 

For a one time flat fee of $575, we are here to assist by:

1. Entering your home into the local Multiple Listing System (MLS)

• This is where Realtors find homes to show to clients
• This is how most Real Estate Websites get info on the homes that are currently available on the market
• This is where buyers and sellers often get information to help determine a homes value for listing and offer purposes

2. We will measure your home including the interior rooms

3. We will take photos of your home

4. We will provide you with required disclosures that are necessary for you to forward to the buyer of your home

5. We will provide 30 flyers and a flyer box for your front yard

6. We will provide you with a yard sign

7. We will set you up to get automatic showing notifications and feedback reports.

8. We will showcase your home on Realtor.com 

9. We will create a craigslist ad for your home

10. We will provide a CMA to help you price your home

11. We will provide marketing suggestions

*You will be responsible for answering calls and questions about your home and you will negotiate directly with potential buyers and agents representing buyers. You will also want to consider offering a commission to any Real Estate Agent that represents a buyer who provides an acceptable offer on your home. We will explain this process to you.
