6-4-2 Listing Program

This is a full service listing program with a variable rate commission structure:

• 6% commission is owed if another agent other than the listing agent secures a buyer for your home
• 4% commission is owed if the listing agent secures the buyer for your home and is an approved dual agent
• 2% commission is owed if YOU secure a buyer for your home while listed with our firm. We will continue to represent you through the entire sales process and make sure necessary paperwork is processed and that all tasks are completed to successfully complete the sales transaction.

This variable rate commission allows us to represent you and to market your home, but will save you money if the listing agent assigned to your property, or you as the owner should happen to secure a buyer for the property while the listing agreement with our firm is in effect.
