We were completely satisfied with Kim. Kim went above and beyond traditional real estate agent responsibilities. Besides all the normal and big things that she did to help us sell our home she also did so many small things to help that made our home more marketable. She was very knowledgeable in every aspect of the process not only giving valuable information, but most importantly sharing her insight into making the most of every part of the sale of our home. She was incredibly patient with me and treated our house as special as I thought it was. At all times Kim was encouraging that the house would sell, and encouraging with all the extra things that we did to the home, since it was an older home, to market and finish the sale. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is interested in selling their home. I am sure that she is just as accomplished, sensitive, attentive, knowledgeable and persistent in helping someone find a home and I am happy to recommend her for that as well. On a personal note, I will miss having to work with her as I enjoyed working with her immensely and greatly value her opinions. I always felt that she was working "just for me" even though I knew that she had other people she was working with. Kim made me feel that anything I had to say was important and responded to messages quickly, cheerfully and competently, never keeping me waiting to hear back regarding our home. Anyone would do well to have her as their Real Estate Agent.

My husband and I decided we wanted to buy our first home and we started looking online for homes and started calling a few realtors. Some of which were not very professional, and did not really go at the fast pace we were wanting. I found myself being uninformed, stressed, and with little homes available. That is until, thankfully, my husband and I met Kim, and the buying process changed completely. At first, Kim met with us to see a house at our convenient time, and she already had a few more houses ready for us to go see. This impressed me a lot since other realtors would only show what I requested. Kim is an upmost professional realtor. She went over lots of information we had no clue about, and she communicates at all times, and answers all questions at any time. She really had our family's best interest at heart. I know other realtors we talked with just wanted us to check THEIR website for available homes. Kim NEVER dropped the ball on us and always worked so hard doing above and beyond what we expected. She wanted us to really love our home. We had lots of bumps in the road regarding different aspects of our loan and Kim really helped fix all of those and really made the process go smoothly. If you are looking for a professional, hard working, agent, I would totally recommend Kim! She really goes the extra mile for her clients.
